Passionate about client service. You are accustomed to managing complexity or multiple stakeholders. Pragmatic and commercially astute. A team leader that delivers results and certainty. You have project, development, property or infrastructure experience.
Commercial Management
Commercially adept with mature client liaison skills. You are an engineer, quantity surveyor, lawyer, contracts administrator or possess commensurate experience. You are equally comfortable managing people or process. You are experienced in contracts, claims, dispute resolution, supply chain management, procurement and the like.
Business and General Management
Exceptional in a client environment managing complexity. Skilled at policy and process creation or improvement, business planning, risk management, change management and organisational development. You possess a sound understanding of P&L, corporate governance and reporting with general or business management experience. Consultative in communication style with strong team management and mentoring skills.
